Both tiers grant access to our private community and allow you to book classes through the Member Hub.
Ichigo Plus is designed for our most dedicated students and includes additional benefits such as Priority Booking (24-hour early access to the class schedule), discounts on specialized workshops, and an expanded library of advanced study materials not available in the standard Club tier.

After joining a membership tier, you’ll receive access to your Member Hub dashboard, where you’ll find a unique Discord invite link.
When you join the server using this link, our system will automatically recognize your membership and assign the appropriate role — Community, Club, or Plus — unlocking the channels available to your tier.

Most beginners start with Ichigo Club, which allows you to book Admissions Consultations, tutoring sessions, and group classes right away. These services help build a strong foundation for learning Japanese.
If you’d prefer to explore the community first, the Free Community tier is a great way to attend public events and get familiar with Ichigo Academy before upgrading.

Members can book group classes, 1-on-1 tutoring, and coaching sessions directly through our scheduling portal inside the Member Hub.
Ichigo Plus members receive priority booking, giving them access to new time slots 24 hours before Club members.
Please note that class fees are separate from the monthly membership fee.

Workshops and public events are open to everyone.
However, group classes, tutoring, and coaching sessions are available to Ichigo Club and Ichigo Plus members, which helps us maintain a focused and committed learning community.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts, and you can cancel your membership at any time through your Account Settings on our website.
If you cancel, you will retain access to your membership benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.
You can also upgrade from Free to Club, switch between Club and Plus, or change between monthly and yearly billing directly through your account dashboard.

Once you join Ichigo Academy, you’ll gain access to your Member Hub, where you can join the community Discord, explore study resources, attend events, and book tutoring or classes depending on your membership tier.
Many students start with the Free Community, attend workshops and events, and then upgrade to Club or Plus when they’re ready to take classes.
